This week on the Confident Mind Podcast I talk to Dr. Alice Boyes, a fellow New Zealander and former Clinical Psychologist, turned writer who now lives in Las Vegas. She has had her research about couples published in leading international journals, including Journal of Personality and Social Psychology.
Alice writes a regular blog for Psychology Today and is the emotions expert for Women’s Health Australia.
Her writing is influenced by multiple different types of therapies, including techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion.
