This week on the Confident Mind I talk with Nathan Consedine about the research into the limits of mindfulness. He is as an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychological Medicine at the University of Auckland, New Zealand and has directed the highly successful Master’s in Health Psychology Program since 2011.
He is an international expert in emotion and health research having published over 110 articles and chapters and presented more than 120 works at major international conferences; his work has been cited over 2500 times. His research interests include in areas including compassion and mindfulness.
